Neal Simpson

Neal Simpson is a values-driven communications professional with over 13 years of experience in nonprofit communications, specializing in planning, producing, and managing content across various media channels. Neal worked as a General Assignment Reporter and later as News Editor at The Patriot Ledger from 2011 to 2019, earning multiple regional journalism awards for their work. Currently, as the External Communications Specialist at Solid Ground, Neal focuses on storytelling that highlights the impact of the organization’s work and the individuals it serves. Neal holds a BS in Journalism from Boston University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Washington.
