Agreement Manager at Solid Networks

Mark Picciuto has extensive experience in the construction and IT industries. Mark started their career in 1980 as the General Manager of DuraBilt Manufacturing, where they managed all day-to-day operations and 100+ employees. In 1990, they moved to M&M Precision Builders as the COO/Construction Manager, where they managed accounting, payroll, contracts, and job cost reports. Mark also created database software to maintain the accounting, payroll, contracts, and all monthly and yearly reporting. In 2001, they became the Senior Project Manager at UC Construction & Fitzpatrick Homes, where they managed the Central Valley Operations, IT management, project managers, sales, superintendents, construction personnel, and office personnel. Lastly, from 2010 onwards, they have worked at Solid Networks, Inc. in various roles, including Agreement Manager, Director of Services, and Project Manager. In these roles, they have managed client agreements, designed and maintained applications of key metrics, managed service teams, overseen and designed key metrics for quality of service, and managed projects such as virtualization, unified communications, power and cooling, networking, system upgrades, and application migrations.

Mark Picciuto attended Lindsay High School from 1975 to 1977 and Mount Whitney High School in 1978. Mark obtained their California State Contractors License in 1987. In 2010, they obtained an APC Elite Partner: Certified for Data Center from American Power Conversion/Schneider Electric. In 2011, they obtained APC Sales Associate, APC Sales Professional for Business Networks, APC Sales Professional for Data Centers, and APC Technical Consultant for Data Centers from American Power Conversion/Schneider Electric. In 2012, they obtained Power Distribution I, II & III, Advantages of Row and Rack-Oriented Cooling Architectures I & II, and A Comparison of AC and DC Power Distribution in the Data Center from Energy University/by Schneider Electeric. In 2013, they obtained Alternative Power Generation Technologies and An Overview of Data Center Physical Infrastructure from Energy University/by Schneider Electeric.
