John Van Scoter

John Van Scoter is an experienced leader in the technology and engineering sectors, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer at Solid Power, Inc. Previously, John held the position of General Manager and Vice President at SRI International, and served as Executive Chairman at Princeton Identity. Additionally, John contributed as a Director on the Board of Directors at TE Connectivity and as CEO of eSolar. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
