Stacy Morse

Stacy Morse is the VP of Human Resources at Solid Power. Stacy has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including positions as Human Resources Director, Technical Recruiter, and Senior Financial Services Specialist. Stacy has a proven track record of successfully managing human resources for companies of all sizes.

Stacy began their career in human resources with Darden Restaurants in 1995. Stacy quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a manager within 9 years. In 2004, they left Darden to start their own human resources consulting business. For the next nine years, Stacy worked with businesses of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations. In 2013, they sold their business and took a position as Human Resources Director with Jax Mercantile Co.

At Jax Mercantile, Stacy oversaw the human resources department for a large corporation. Stacy was responsible for all aspects of human resources, from recruiting and hiring to benefits and payroll. In 2015, they left Jax Mercantile to join Capstone Consulting as a Technical Recruiter. At Capstone, Stacy helped businesses find the right enterprise IT solutions for their needs.

In 2021, Stacy joined Solid Power as the Senior Director of Human Resources. In their current role, Stacy is responsible for all aspects of human resources for Solid Power. Stacy oversees the recruitment and hiring process, manages employee benefits and payroll, and provides support to employees and managers.

Their manager is Doug Campbell, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Derek Johnson - Chief Operations Officer, Dave Jansen - President & Chairman, and Jon Jacobs - Chief Marketing Officer.
