Matthew Grattan

Matthew Grattan is currently the Corporate Counsel at HomeSmart, where they investigate claims and supervise litigation defense for the company. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an associate at Fields Howell, LLP, providing insurance coverage advice to both domestic and international insurers. They gained significant experience in general liability and insurance defense while working as an associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, where they independently managed a variety of civil lawsuits. Matthew also completed a Judicial Law Clerk position with the Federal Government, drafting judicial decisions related to various legal matters. Matthew earned a Cum Laude degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, also with Cum Laude honors, from Georgia College and State University.
