David Franz

David Franz has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry since 1984. David began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Senior Accountant in 1984. In 1987, they moved to Wickes Companies as Manager of Financial Reporting. In 1990, they joined Teradata Corporation as Finance Director, a significant financial management position with one of Inc.'s fast growing small public companies in the early 90s. David then moved to Semtech Corporation in 1993, where they served as Vice President, CFO for over thirteen years. During their time at Semtech, the company grew from $20 million in revenue per annum to over $275 million in revenue per annum. In 2007, they joined Data Exchange Corporation as Senior Vice President, CFO. Later that same year, they took on an interim role as Chief Financial Officer for Sportwall International, a manufacturer and developer of innovative exercise equipment for children. In 2011, they joined Solid State Devices, Inc. as Senior Vice President, CFO and Vice President, Business Development.

David Franz received their MBA from Pepperdine University in 1996. David earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Texas A&M University in 1984. David attended Clear Lake High School from 1976 to 1980.
