Our coaches focus on the little things, which over time translates into bigger gains. Dynamic clinics for all ages are engineered for maximum development with the ultimate goal of “muscle memory.” All our clinics and camps will consist of skating/strides/edgework. SSH believes a strong core and skating foundation are the keys to becoming a successful hockey player. Every skating technique taught becomes applied and repeated throughout our myriad of puck handling drills. Quality over quantity and technique over speed are mantras on our ice.
