Eric Tan has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Eric currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SOLID Surface Care, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at TTI Floor Care North America from 2018 to 2022. During their time at TTI, they achieved significant revenue and operating profit growth, managed complex tariff environments, and reduced working capital. Before TTI, they worked as the Sr. Director of FP&A at TTI Floor Care NA from 2018 to 2020, where they led a restructuring project and built a new team. Eric also served as the Sr. Director of FP&A at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, managing forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Additionally, they held finance positions at Textron, Newell Brands, Wells Fargo, and Valuation Consulting Group earlier in their career.
Eric Tan attended Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Eric also pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance at the same institution. No specific start or end years were provided for either degree.
