Nigel Charles

Nigel Charles is an experienced professional in community organizing and outreach, currently serving as a Donor Organizer at Solidaire since June 2023. Previously, Nigel held the position of Director of Donor Organizing at the Bread & Roses Community Fund, where oversight of the Giving Project contributed to national fundraising efforts for grassroots organizers. Additional experience includes serving on the Millennial Advisory Committee for the City of Philadelphia, providing guidance on policies for Millennial engagement, and working with various organizations such as LEADERSHIP Philadelphia and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, focusing on community development and educational program implementation. Nigel holds a Master of Arts in Urban Studies from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
