Nadia Bernaz

Nadia Bernaz is an Associate Professor of Law at Wageningen University, where they lead the Business, Human Rights, and the Environment research line and direct the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence on Corporate Sustainability and Human Rights Law. Their interdisciplinary research focuses on business accountability for human rights and environmental impacts, culminating in the acclaimed book *Business and Human Rights - History Law and Policy, Bridging the Accountability Gap*. With a strong international background, Nadia has taught and provided training to diverse audiences globally and holds various roles, including supervisory board member of Solidaridad Europe and co-editor-in-chief of the Business and Human Rights Journal starting in January 2026.
