Stéphanie Colet is currently the Deputy Director of Personnel, Organization, and Internal Communication at Solidaris - Union Nationale des Mutualités Socialistes, a role held since 2017. In addition, they direct the Quality of Life at Work and Organizational Development at Solidaris Wallonie. Stéphanie previously served as the HR Talent Service Manager at Solidaris from 2002 to 2017 and as a psychologist at several organizations, including UNMS and La Sapinette in 2000.
