Carli Brand

Carli Brand currently holds a Research Fellowship and serves as a Legal Advisor and Legal Intern at Solidariteit since August 2023. Prior experience includes leadership as a Team Leader at Shack Events from October 2021 to April 2023, where Carli ensured operational efficiency and stock availability for customer service. As Vice President at BIUCAC from February 2022 to December 2022 and a participant in a Winter Virtual Vacation Scheme at Legal Cheek in December 2021, Carli has demonstrated engagement in legal education and student leadership. Additional roles include internships at Aprolasa, where Carli assisted with administrative duties and client communication, as well as quality control at Krismar, focusing on product inspections and stakeholder communication. Carli possesses a Graduate Entry LLB in Law from City St George’s, University of London, a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Risk Management from North-West University, and is currently pursuing an Honours degree in Economics at the University of South Africa.
