Alison Mears is a seasoned entrepreneur and business owner, currently operating Steel House Cycle, a boutique cycling studio in Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh, since June 2021. With a strong background in coaching and community management, Alison has served as a Senior Master Coach and Head Coach at [solidcore] since October 2018, and previously held a pivotal role as the founder and co-owner of Steel Revolution, Pittsburgh's first elite indoor cycling studio, from October 2014 to March 2021. Alison's coaching experience also includes overseeing the women's field hockey and lacrosse programs at Shady Side Academy from March 2016 to October 2019. Alison graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Emory University in 2013, following an educational foundation at Shady Side Academy.
