Audrey Herman

Audrey Herman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in tutoring, coaching, and research. Currently, Audrey serves as a Coach at [solidcore] since October 2023. Previous roles include Pilates Instructor at Hot Room Toledo, Tutor for University of Michigan Athletics, and a Research Intern at Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience, where the project focused on risk factors for peripheral neuropathy in Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islanders. Audrey has also held tutoring positions at STEM Power and research assistantship at the University of Michigan, alongside teaching yoga at aUM Ann Arbor. Audrey began the professional journey as a team member at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and The Cookie Lady. Academically, Audrey is pursuing a Master of Science in Biokinesiology at the University of Southern California, following a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Italian from the University of Michigan, and earlier education at Anthony Wayne High School.
