Carly Helena is a professional dancer and fitness coach with extensive experience in the performance and wellness industries. They served as a dance instructor for Varsity Spirit from 2012 to 2019, where they led summer camps and worked at competitions, earning multiple nominations for Veteran Instructor. Carly has also worked with Norwegian Cruise Lines as a production dancer and aerialist from 2017 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Master Coach at [solidcore] in 2023, after having gained experience as a membership sales specialist at Pure Barre in 2019. Carly holds an Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Northern Virginia Community College and a ballet certificate from the Joffrey Ballet School-American Ballet Center.
