Cengiz Najarian

Cengiz Najarian is a motivated and results-driven manager with extensive experience in coaching, community management, and business development. Currently serving as Head Coach and Community Manager at [solidcore], Cengiz focuses on operational success, client experience, and team growth. Previously, Cengiz worked at Parisi Speed School, overseeing over 600 coaches as the Certification Coordinator while also training athletes as a Sports Performance Coach. Cengiz gained further experience as a Personal Trainer at Escape Fitness NOW and GYMGUYZ, along with previous management experience at It's Greek To Me. Cengiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Montclair State University.
