Elizabeth Kim is a Senior Master Coach at [solidcore] since October 2021, recognized as the first person of color in this role in Chicago, with a remarkable class utilization rate exceeding 95%. Elizabeth leads high-intensity, full-body Pilates-based strength training workouts and prioritizes creating an inclusive fitness environment. Notably, Elizabeth has spearheaded national and local celebrations for AANHPI Heritage Month in 2023 and 2024. Prior to this, Elizabeth held positions at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager from 2014 to 2021 and as a Summer Associate in 2013, alongside a tenure at Deloitte & Touche LLP as an Advisory Manager from 2006 to 2012.
