Emily Boyd

Emily was born and raised in Southern California. She loves challenging herself both physically and mentally so instantly fell in love with the [solidcore] workout and community. She is hooked on the idea of helping others achieve their best and reach beyond their comfort zone.

Emily has held various leadership positions within the retail industry. She is passionate about overall wellness and self love. Outside of work Emily is always on the go raising 2 girls and 2 cats, outside enjoying the California sun, and traveling.
