Eric Conway, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at [solidcore] since October 2021, Eric previously held the same title at the US Army Recruiting and Retention College from May 2005 to September 2021, where responsibilities included training over 12,500 students annually and onboarding more than 400 new employees each year, achieving top regional rankings. Eric also excelled in senior recruiting management roles, surpassing recruiting targets consistently and leading a top-ranked recruiting team in the greater Chicago area.
