Ginny Ridley

Ginny Ridley is currently the People and Operations Manager at the National Education Opportunity Network, a position they began in 2025. Previously, they held various roles at the National Education Equity Lab from 2024 to 2025, and served as a Science Teacher at the Dallas Independent School District between 2020 and 2022. They also worked as a College Advisor for the Academic Success Program from 2022 to 2023 and were a Corps Member with Teach For America during the same period. Additionally, Ginny gained extensive coaching experience at [solidcore] from 2022 to 2023, holding positions from Standard Coach to Senior Master Coach. They earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020 and a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University in 2022.
