Jac Eby

Jac Eby is the Training Manager at Solidcore. Prior to that, they were the Recreational Cheer & Dance Director at Flying High Sports & Rec Center from August 2009 to August 2016.

Jac Eby studied Elementary Education and Teaching at Eastern Illinois University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science. Jac is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and as a Pilates Certified Teacher (PCT) by [solidcore]. Jac is also a Certified Barre Instructor through Pure Barre.
