Melissa Picard

Melissa Picard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as a CX Product Owner at Georgia-Pacific LLC since November 2020, Melissa has held various positions within the company, including Business Analyst - CX, Export Operations Manager, and Process Improvement Manager. Additionally, Melissa is involved with [solidcore] as a Senior Master Coach and has progressed through multiple coaching and management roles since April 2019.
