Patricia Cave

Patricia Cave is the Associate Director of Publicity at Knopf, bringing significant experience in the publishing industry. A graduate of Boston University, Patricia double majored in English and Psychology and studied abroad in Paris, where they developed proficiency in French. Previously, Patricia held various publicist roles at Macmillan and Penguin Random House, where they managed campaigns for several New York Times bestsellers. In addition to their publishing career, Patricia is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, a BodyCombat instructor through Les Mills, and is CPR certified.
