Sid Rao

Sid Rao currently serves as Chief of Staff at Solideon, focusing on advancing hardware technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Venture Scout and Investor at Capital Factory, where Sid invested in several technology companies and managed investor relations for a large portfolio. Previous positions include Fundraising Intern at Think and Zoom, where Sid contributed to financial research and secured financing, and Procurement Intern at Emerson, assisting with procurement data issues. Additionally, Sid has experience as a Student Associate with the Austin Technology Incubator and Student Entrepreneurship Accelerator Launchpad, concentrating on due diligence and startup incubation. Sid founded a non-profit organization during high school and co-founded a startup that won the SXSW Student Startup Competition. Sid graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from Texas McCombs School of Business.
