Bohdan bon

Bohdan Bon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal and compliance functions, currently serving as General Counsel at Solidgate since December 2020, where a team of 11 professionals was established. Bohdan also contributes as a Senior Lecturer at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, teaching a course on Legal Arrangement of Investment Projects. Previous roles include Associate at Dentons, where significant advisory work was performed for various international clients on acquisitions and compliance matters, and a legal position at Deutsche Bank during a secondment from Dentons. Bohdan holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Laws in International Banking and Finance Law from the University of Leeds, as well as commercial law and banking and finance qualifications from the State University of Trade and Economics.
