Haowei Liao has a diverse range of work experiences. Haowei started their career as a Software Developer at Hundsun from July 2017 to September 2019. Haowei then worked as a Research Software Engineer at the Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences from November 2020 to August 2021. In 2022, they took on the role of a Teaching Assistant at Chalmers University of Technology from February to March. Additionally, they completed a Master Thesis Project at Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio from September 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they are working as a Junior Backend Developer at SOLIDICON since January 2023.
Haowei Liao completed their high school education at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School from 2010 to 2013, earning a High School Diploma. They then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Security at Central South University from 2013 to 2017. Currently, Haowei Liao is studying at Chalmers University of Technology, where they are expected to complete their Master of Science (MS) in High-performance computer systems from 2021 to 2023.
