Richard Rydell

Richard Rydell is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at SOLIDICON, where they lead the organization and oversees product development and growth strategy. Richard previously served as a Co-Founder & Board Member at Kryptoskatt and Unbiased, where they played a key role in the development of crowd-sourced data market platforms. Additionally, Richard was a Board of Directors member at Zeptagram, where they helped revolutionize the IP industry using blockchain technology. Prior to these roles, they held leadership positions at ALTEN Sweden, including Head of Cloud & IoT and Managing Director of ALTEN Denmark. Richard also worked as an Alliance Lead for Amazon Web Services during their time at ALTEN Sweden. Richard's earlier experience includes a Master's thesis role at Zenseact, where they focused on building a platform for the mobility industry. Richard started their career as a Sales Engineer at B&R Industrial Automation and Nord-Lock Group. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated expertise in management, strategy, business development, and technology implementation.

Richard Rydell began their education in 2010 at Saljpoolen, where they received basic sales training in general sales, merchandising, and related marketing operations. In 2013, they attended Performax PF1 & PF2 to further enhance their skills in advanced sales training.

In 2005, Richard enrolled at Karlstad University, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in engineering, which they completed in 2008.

In 2015, Richard participated in the Mentor Programme for Managers offered by Sveriges Ingenjörer/Take a change, focusing on management studies.

Moving forward to 2019, Richard pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Verksamhetsadministration och -ledning (Business Administration and Management) at Blekinge Institute of Technology, which concluded in 2021.

Richard also obtained additional certifications in 2019, including the AWS Business Professional from Amazon and the SAFe 4 Agilist from Business Driven Development AB.
