Jim Pyle III

Jim Pyle III serves as the General Counsel at Solidifi since February 2020, overseeing legal counsel in national title insurance regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation management. Pyle's extensive legal experience includes previous roles as Vice President of Title - Legal & Compliance, Associate General Counsel at Cornerstone Home Lending, and Group Executive Vice President - General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Stewart Lender Services. Additionally, Pyle has held various consulting positions focusing on regulatory compliance in the financial services and healthcare sectors. Pyle earned a B.A. in Political Science and Health Science from Baylor University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston.
