David Hamor

David Hamor is a seasoned professional in firmware validation engineering with extensive experience in the solid-state drive (SSD) sector. Currently serving as the Firmware Validation Engineering Manager at Solidigm, David leads a validation and tools team across multiple programs, contributing to the evolution of solid-state storage solutions developed from Intel's NAND business. Prior roles include Senior Firmware Engineer at Phison Electronics, where David led a team to support regional SSD customers, and a long tenure at Seagate Technology, where David held several key positions, including Senior Manager of Systems Integration Engineering, overseeing SSD tools and automation testing. Earlier experience includes a lead role in firmware development at Micron Technology. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Regis University.
