Ivan Kalastirsky is currently the Sr. Director of NAND Reliability at Solidigm, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Kalastirsky worked as a Director of Reliability at SK hynix from 2024 to 2025 and served as a Principal Engineer at Intel from 1996 to 2024. They started their career as a Process Integration Engineer at Microelektronika - AD in Bulgaria from 1990 to 1992. Kalastirsky earned an M.S. in Semiconductor Physics from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University in Russia and later obtained an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
