Katherine Wren

Katherine Wren currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Solidigm since January 2022. Prior to this role, Katherine held various positions at Caterpillar Inc. from November 2007 to January 2022, including Senior Corporate Counsel, where responsibilities included providing regulatory compliance counsel to global sales businesses and creating compliance procedures. Katherine's experience at Caterpillar also involved international assignments in the United Kingdom as regional counsel. Earlier in the career, Katherine worked as Corporate Counsel, focusing on commercial transactional matters and employment law, and held roles at ProfitLine, Inc. as Director, Legal, and at Wireless Facilities, Inc. as Division Counsel. Katherine holds a BA in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Riverside, and a JD from New York Law School.
