Lei Xue is a seasoned Flash Memory Technologist currently serving as a NAND Device Fellow at Solidigm since 2025. Previously, they held significant roles, including Principal Member of Technical Staff at Spansion from 2004 to 2015, Fellow at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from 2015 to 2018, and VP of the Technology Division at Yangtze Memory Technologies from 2018 to 2022. Lei earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, completing their studies in 2004.
