Lisha Chen

Lisha Chen, CPA, CIA, serves as the Corporate Accounting Manager at Solidigm since January 2023. Prior to this, Lisha held the position of Controller at U.S. Coins and Jewelry from January 2022 to January 2023, and served as Assistant Controller at Magseis Fairfield ASA from December 2016 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing accounting functions for US operations and overseeing a team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Lisha's earlier experience includes five years as Accounting Manager at Valvtechnologies, Inc., managing month-end close processes and various taxes for multiple legal entities, and working as an Internal Auditor II at Calpine. Lisha began professional training as a Revenue Accountant at CTO Sun Holdings. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from SMU Cox School of Business and a Master's in Accounting and Information Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas.
