Matea Markovic

Matea Markovic, MBA, currently serves as a Business Operations Manager at Solidigm since August 2022, and has held the same title at USAA since August 2007. In this role, Matea leads a team of 16 Sales & Service Professionals in a remote environment, overseeing enterprise performance across financial and marketing aspects, while focusing on driving sales results, relationship management, risk management, process improvement, and customer retention. Prior to this, Matea managed client relationships as a Business Operations Supervisor, enhancing client retention through exceptional customer service and product recommendations, and served as an Insurance Professional Senior, promoting USAA products within the Military Affairs Community. Academic accomplishments include an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Global Business - Management and Leadership from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
