Meg C.

Meg C. is a seasoned professional in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Internal Audit at Solidigm since August 2022, following the company's spin-off from Intel and acquisition by SK Hynix. Prior to Solidigm, Meg held the position of Director of SOX Compliance at Sumo Logic, leading the SOX program during the company's first year of 404B adoption post-IPO. Meg's earlier experience includes over a decade at Deloitte, where managerial roles in Risk Advisory Services focused on internal audit and advisory services for various sectors.
