Paul Ruby

Senior Principal Engineer

Paul Ruby is a Senior Principal Engineer at Solidigm since January 2022, having previously held the same title at Intel from August 1992 to December 2021. At Intel, significant contributions include leading NOR Flash Array characterization and the development of the world's first MLC Flash during the early 1990s, as well as work on subsequent generations of NOR MLC Flash until 2004. Paul Ruby also served as an Electrical Engineer (Contractor) at Micron Technology from November 2005 to April 2009, where leadership in the IMFT Joint Development Program resulted in an Intel Achievement Award in 2007 for the expedited delivery of MLC NAND technology. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Device Physics from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
