Rita Athanacio

Rita Athanacio is a seasoned communications professional currently employed at Solidigm since December 2021. Prior to this role, Rita worked at Intel Corporation from October 2015 to December 2021 as a Technical Writer and Digital Editor within the Marcom team, transitioning to Solidigm after the sale of their business group. Rita has held multiple leadership positions in communications, including serving as Communications Director for the California Compost Coalition and Edgar & Associates, as well as working in various roles focused on marketing and communications for organizations such as Keep California Beautiful and the West Sacramento Chamber of Commerce. With a diverse background in communications dating back to 1991, Rita's expertise encompasses campaign planning, content creation, marketing strategy, and graphic design. Rita holds extension classes in Communications from the University of California, Davis, and has studied at Sacramento City College and Sierra College.
