Ted Novack

Ted Novack is an experienced Customer Validation Engineer at Solidigm since August 2021, specializing in the validation of solid-state drive behavior using equipment and specifications under development. Prior experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where automated test plans were developed for both Linux and Windows platforms using Python and Powershell. Previously, Ted served as a Bartender at Capitol Hop Shop, where knowledge of craft beer was utilized to enhance customer experience. Additional experience as a Server at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. involved training new staff and meeting guest needs, while an earlier role as an Emergency Medical Technician at First Responder Emergency Medical Services focused on patient care and support within healthcare settings. Ted Novack holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Science degree in the same field from Cosumnes River College.
