Xin Guo

Xin Guo serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Data Center Engineering at Solidigm, overseeing research and development for Data Center Storage Products and Solutions since December 2021. With prior roles including Vice President of Data Center Engineering, and Fellow in Firmware Engineering within the Data Center Group, Xin has extensive experience in architecture, design, and manufacturing of Data Center storage solutions as well as NAND SSD firmware engineering, focusing on system and firmware architecture and media management algorithms. Before Solidigm, Xin held a Director and Senior Principal Engineer position at Intel Corporation, specializing in DC NAND SSD firmware development, and was previously a Manager at Numonyx and Intel, working on flash memory technology development and technology transfer. Xin began a career in circuit design at Spansion and holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Yale University, alongside degrees from the University of Notre Dame and Tsinghua University.
