Mark Hughes

Mark Hughes is the Co-Founder and CEO of Solidroad, a conversational training platform for sales teams. They previously served as Regional Director for EMEA at Chargify, leading go-to-market teams and overseeing the Dublin office, as well as holding a non-executive director role during its merger with SaaSOptics. Hughes founded Gradguide, a career guidance platform that was acquired by Native in 2022 after raising significant equity investment. Their early career includes roles at Intercom and a business development internship at Uber, where they successfully exceeded sales targets. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin and completed a Master's program at HEC Paris.
