Ralf-Uwe Modrich

Ralf-Uwe Modrich serves as the CTO and President/CEO of Solidspac3 since January 2020, while also functioning as the Owner & Senior Consultant at SF-Digital LLC since January 2018. Ralf-Uwe has extensive experience in senior consulting positions, including work at Sword Integrated Building Solutions and Dome Construction. Notably, Ralf-Uwe was the BIM Sr. Project Manager for the SFO Airport Terminal 1 Boarding Area B project, where contributions included the development of owner BIM Guidelines. Previous roles include senior project management at WEBCOR Builders and Bovis Lend Lease US, with a strong educational background in International Construction Management from the University of Bath, alongside a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
