Paul Olthof

Paul Olthof is an experienced professional in the production environment, currently serving as Teamlead Productie at SOLIDUS SOLUTIONS since March 2020. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Eska from January 2015 to March 2020 as a Procesoperator, contributing to a market-leading company in solid cardboard production. Additional experience includes a temporary role as an Operator kwaliteitscontrole, fulfilling the duties of a Quality Coach, and a position as a Trainee operations, where Paul focused on mastering the skills of a Papiermaker. Paul holds a degree in Procesoperator / Operator C / Papiermaker from Human Factory (2016-2021) and has an educational background in International Business Studies from Hanzehogeschool Groningen (2008-2012) and Noorderpoort College, Groningen (2002-2006).
