Doron Weitz

Doron Weitz is the VP of Marketing at Solidus Labs. Prior to this, they were the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Riskified from December 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing all aspects of strategy, positioning, content and client communications for complex AI-driven technological SaaS products across the entire product life cycle, targeting enterprise B2B global clients mainly in the US and Europe. Doron also partnered with Product, Sales and Account Management teams to develop positioning and messaging that enable and accelerate the deal cycle, bringing the products’ go-to-market strategy to life.

Before their time at Riskified, Doron was the Senior Global Marketing Strategy Manager at HSBC from January 2018 to November 2019. In this role they were focused on driving HSBC B2B marketing strategy, working closely with a range of global, regional and local Marketing teams, Tier 1 global consulting agencies and key business stakeholders in 53 markets across the globe. Doron was also the Global Marketing focal point for the innovation pillar (e.g. Blockchain, etc).

From January 2012 to December 2017, Doron was the VP Marketing for Israel at HSBC. In this role they were responsible for driving HSBC’s marketing strategy in Israel, working closely with a range of local Marketing teams, Tier 1 global consulting agencies and key business stakeholders.

Prior to HSBC, Doron was the Head of Sales and Marketing - Israel Discount Mortgage Bank at Discount Bank from January 2006 to December 2012. In this role they were responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing for Discount Bank’s mortgage business in Israel.

Doron Weitz is a graduate of both Reichman University and The College of Management Academic Studies. Doron holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

Doron Weitz reports to Asaf Meir, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Idan Lavy - VP, R&D & GM, Israel, Jon Webster - VP, Sales, and Chen Arad - Co-Founder & COO.
