Our company was founded and named Solidus for one very important reason, solidus is Latin for solid. We had a couple of simple ideas and have built our company’s culture around them, making sure that we treat everyone with respect, ensure all employees are fully-benefited, are open and responsive, and always follow through. We believe that when you take care of the people, the business will take care of itself.
