Jared "PAV" Pavlich is an experienced systems engineer and instructor with extensive background in airborne surveillance and military operations. Currently serving as a KC-46 JMPS Systems Engineer and Senior Test Engineer at Solidus Technical Solutions, Inc. since October 2019, Jared also maintains a long-standing position as an Instructor Fire Control Officer with the United States Air Force, leading training for airborne surveillance system operators. Previous roles include serving as an Airborne Sensor Operator and Primary Mission Equipment Technician at MAG Aerospace and providing near real-time analysis at CONSOLIDATED RESOURCE IMAGING, LLC. Jared's military career, spanning from 1994 to the present, includes positions as a C-130 Instructor Navigator and Command Post Controller, highlighting a deep commitment to training and operational excellence. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Factors Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
