Eric Amshey

Eric Amshey is an experienced IT professional, currently serving as an AWS DevSecOps Engineer at Soliel, LLC since July 2019, where responsibilities include supporting DevSecOps in the AWS GovCloud environment and automating tools using technologies such as GitLab and Docker. Prior to this, Eric worked as a UNIX Systems Engineer Consultant at TEKsystems from June 2016 to August 2018, focusing on the migration of Solaris systems. Eric’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure as a Staff Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 1999 to 2015, along with a role as a Research Assistant II at the Institute for Defense Analyses, where Eric contributed to mine detection analysis through programming and automation. Eric holds educational credentials from Virginia Tech and the American International School in Vienna, Austria.
