John Starling has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. John started in 2008 as a Systems Administrator at Hewlett-Packard before moving on to roles such as Manager of Technical Support at Ability Network, Manager of Technical Support at Spok, and Manager of Customer Experience at eyebobs. John then transitioned to more senior positions, including Director of Customer Operations at Zipnosis, Director of Technical Operations at Icario, and their current role as Director of Support - Americas at Solifi.
John Starling attended The Bryman School of Arizona from 2004 to 2006, where they received a degree in Radiology and became a Radiological Technician. John also attended Kent State University from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In addition to their formal education, John holds a certification in ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which they obtained in 2017.
