Michael Baez

Michael Baez, CLFP, is a proven executive leader currently serving as the Head of Delivery at Leasepath. With over 35 years of global experience in the financial services industry, Michael has a strong background in equipment finance, commercial and consumer lending, credit and risk administration, payments, private banking, operations, and technology. They held various roles at Citigroup, including VP of the London Credit Risk Center and Global Markets Credit Delivery, and served as a Director at Capgemini from 2013 to 2021. Michael also worked as a Senior Consultant at SunGard and as Senior Vice President of Professional Services at Leasepath before their current position. They earned an MBA in Finance with Honors from Long Island University, where they are also pursuing a BA in Economics.
