Thad Trapp

Thad Trapp is an accomplished C-Level Operating Executive with extensive experience in operations, M&A integrations, and private equity. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Integrations at Solifi, Thad previously held leadership roles including SVP Operations and Integration at Smarsh and Vice President of Enrollment Services at Bridgepoint Education. With a strong background in customer experience and process improvement, Thad has consistently exceeded operational targets throughout a diverse career, which includes notable positions within the Marine Corps. Thad also contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Marine Corps Command and Staff College.
