Kris Phinney

Kris Phinney is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the HR field. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Program Manager at Soligent since January 2023, Kris focuses on recommending improvements in HR policies and ensuring employee engagement. Previously, Kris held the position of Human Resources Manager at Craig Davis Properties, Inc., where guidance was provided on performance issues and administration of HR programs. Additionally, Kris worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Research Square Company, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
